Richard has a diverse new business and marketing background that includes running his own consultancy and working for one of the UK's leading digital agencies.
Here at BPS he is tasked with leading our global sales & marketing push. Digital, communications, social media, employer brand and client work all fall under his remit.
Outside of work you'll hear him regularly moaning about West Ham United or he'll be spending time with his wife Lisa and sons Jackson and Carter.
With a strong background in the creation and distribution of content at Ladbrokes-Coral, Will is tasked with owning the entire BPS content strategy.
Working very closely with you, he will focus on supporting our rapidly growing sales team with their business development and thought leadership, while you support our international offices fuelling our inbound strategy.
Will has a passion for horse racing, Wycombe Wanderers FC and enjoys spending time with his wife Emily and son Oliver.
With experience in Recruitment Advertising, Design and SEO, Lily has a wide digital knowledge. At BPS, she contributes towards our creative content, owns our social media strategy and video production.
Outside of the office she can often be found with a camera, or shopping in Sloane Square.

Our unique ‘go to market’ strategy for 2019 is found in the form of our People Labs. These highly engaging and collaborative workshops are designed for our BPS experts to begin the consultative, problem solving process with HR teams.
By tackling key problems and providing clarity to our potential clients, this level of consultancy has proven to convert into both new business and long term strategic partnerships.

• Using our highly engaging Vidyard platform to create personalised videos for HR Directors.
• Demonstrating a firm understanding of our ‘People Labs’ workshops and subsequently arranging them with HR teams.
• Attending ‘People Labs’ sessions, adding value and impact.
• Maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities with a tailored outreach plan designed to convert into new business.
• Identifying problems within an organisation and booking in BPS consultants aligned with the correct solution.
• Using performance and activity metrics to make strategic decisions.
• Owning your learning journey, both personally and professionally.
