Our Rising Stars programme has been awarded ‘Best Apprenticeship Programme in England’! This is a 12-month structured programme where you can gain qualiﬁcations from a REC Level 2 certificate in Recruitment Resourcing to a Level 2 NVQ in Business Administration. BPS have been investing in the Rising Stars programme for the last 3 years and we're eager to continue to do so. As an Apprentice, you will be supported by our very own Learning & Development team, on-the-job coaching and visits from external tutors who assist you with working towards your qualiﬁcation.
Who doesn’t want to be a Rockstar? It’s the highest accolade on our career development programme and it comes with loads of kudos. But you have to earn it by shooting your way through our Rising Star or Shining Star pathways.
Our entry-level programme is a structured learning journey over 12-24 months. It’s open to those with no or little prior work experience with all Apprentices being awarded a nationally recognised qualification – the REC Level 2 – upon successful completion of their initial 12 months. For individuals with some experience (not necessarily within recruitment) we provide a trainee programme that offers structured learning and development as well as the opportunity to progress to a Resourcer, and ultimately Consultant/Executive level, within a 12-month period.
This is our succession level programme designed to develop everyone with over 24 months experience. This programme helps to further define your experience and aligns it to your chosen career pathway – ensuring you maximise opportunities and fulfil your goals. In support of your career progression there are a range of Learning & Development programmes available including qualifications.
By now you are rockin’ it so this prestigious status is not a promotion but recognition that you are the expert in the room. There’s a healthcare package, a learning and development reward as well as a permanent influencer seat at the management table together with some great goodies. There’s a maximum of three spaces a year for entry into this exclusive club. So, guitar stance at the ready, this is your time to rock it out!
