Role title: Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer. 

Location: United Kingdom (commutable to either Maidenhead or Warrington)/Hybrid, with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.

Reporting to: Delivery Manager/Client Services Director.

Salary: £12k starting salary with fast track salary progression in 6 months and the opportunity to earn £2k annual commission, paid quarterly. 

What you'll do:

Our Resourcers find candidates across a specific industry or skill set using various tools and attraction methods. You help our recruiters to fill job vacancies by finding the right people for the right roles.

- Through a mix of study and on-the-job training and working you'll complete the Rising Stars apprentice Learning & Development Programme – this takes dedication and commitment, but we promise it’s worth it.
- Join in with our daily delivery meetings, learning more about our business and clients.
- Advertise for candidates via job boards and social media.
- Contact candidates to tell them about a particular role and assess their suitability.
- Use your fantastic communication skills to gather recommendations & referrals.
- Research and connect with prospective clients.
- Use your amazing organisational skills to arrange and coordinate interviews, meetings and briefs.
- Work with passion and dedication to achieve your monthly targets.
- Contribute and work towards a positive, friendly and competitive office environment.


What we need:

Experience & Qualifications:

- Happy using a computer and Microsoft Office.
- A minimum pass across 5 GCSEs or equivalent including Maths & English.
- UK driving licence is desirable but not essential. 
- Ideally experience in working within a sales or customer services environment.
- Flexible attitude to work and travel.
- You’re genuinely motivated to do a good job, ambitious to achieve set goals and have superb communication skills.

Does BPS offer remote/flexible working?

Yes! We understand the world of work has undergone significant change and we've embraced a Hybrid approach. This allows our colleagues to choose whether to work from home or in the office and dictate their own schedule. Some of our colleagues are Remote-only. We also offer flexible full-time and part-time options that ensure you're not tied-down to a routine that doesn't work for you and your own personal circumstances.

What are your offices like?

We have offices in the UK (Maidenhead and Warrington), Serbia (Belgrade), United States (Boca Raton, FL) and Singapore. Wherever you're located, you’re guaranteed a warm welcome and will always feel connected via our platforms (we predominantly use MS Teams). Our offices are all kitted out with modern equipment and facilities. We also supply equipment for you to work remotely. We know you’re at your best when you’re feeling inspired and productive.
