We’ve been going 20 years strong and to continue growing at the pace we have, it’s safe to say we’ve had our fair share of experiences.

The organisation begins life as retained Search partner, HintonLea Associates. Our first office opens in Eton, UK.
Our maiden RPO agreement is signed with Hyder Consulting and more history is made as Business Partnership Services (BPS) is born.
RWE Nukem (now Nuvia) come onboard as RPO partners. An office is opened in Liverpool as well as our current global HQ in Maidenhead, UK. BPS acquires HintonLea as our focus switches to tailored recruitment.
A year after opening our new Warrington office we sign our biggest RPO deal to-date with European engineering firm, M+W.
We rebrand as BPS World and expand our global footprint. We’re now carrying out work in over 33 countries and counting.
A first global RPO deal is signed with ambitious Fintech, 4Finance. Global office openings in the USA, Serbia and Singapore follow and we launch our Rising Stars Apprenticeship programme.
We pick up a host of Best Recruitment Apprentice, People Development and website awards. The icing on the cake is earning Best Companies 3-Star accreditation and being named in The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work For list.
BPS Labs is launched – collaborative workshops to identify recruitment problems, explore creative ideas and forge the future. We’re constantly evolving the way we create loyal partnerships.
