A brand that had served us well had become dated. With international growth came the need for a premium style with a fresh colour palette.
MAKING THE COMPLICATED CLEAR.
We weren’t properly outlining the services we offer. Firstly, we identified our five core products. The challenge then was to give them relevant messaging and easily explain how they could be blended as part of our Total Talent Management proposition.
REFINING OUR TONE OF VOICE.
Our messaging was too internally-focused and all about us. To attract a broader audience there was a requirement to get to the heart of who we are -problem solvers – and adapt this for a B2B audience.
SHOWCASING OUR PEOPLE.
We’d been talking about employer brand but we weren’t even showcasing our greatest asset – our people! Our EVP, mission and values desperately needed their own vibrant window.
ALL ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE.
Moving around the old website was a clunky and frustrating experience. The UX needed to be refined so that who we are, what we do and how to interact with us would be seamless and take no more than a few clicks or taps.
DRIVING NEW BUSINESS.
To generate new business and drive leads and conversions it was essential to develop a platform that allowed us to easily create engaging, targeted content and landing pages.
Before we could even begin to build a website in November 2017 we needed to take a step back and evaluate our current positioning.
During this process a few things became clear: we required an image overhaul to reflect our global presence and audience, our website wasn’t providing the user experience our standards dictate and we needed to be clearer about who we are and what we do..
The end result has been a complete overhaul of our brand and ‘go-to-market’ proposition. We now have an attractive and clearly signposted window into our corporate world and employer brand. And a fully-functioning back-end platform supporting our sales and marketing outreach across multiple regions. All conceptualised and created without a large agency spend.

Launching our new site was just phase one of the process. Our global teams required their own unique presence. And our adaptable platform has made this possible.
We’ve used our own in-house capabilities to launch geo-specific versions of our site for colleagues in the United States and Asia.
For example, US site visitors will see bespoke content relating to specific sub-sectors, such as Legal, Environmental and Disaster Relief.

Mobile is king. Nothing new there but we’ve certainly started seeing the benefits of now having an attractive, fully responsive site that's been built to load quickly across all devices.
